COGO! is the registered trademark of Yakshna Corp under the US Trademark and Patent Law.

USER CLASSIFICATION

  • Admin/Event Planner/Organizer: These individuals are authorized to edit/update event details, access sponsor, exhibitor, and attendee information, and send push notifications, and keep track of QR codes. Admin/Organizer/ Event Planner can generate full reports on attendance and traffic from COGO! personnel.
  • Sponsor/Exhibitor: Admin/Event Planner/Organizer are authorized to edit the event's sponsor/exhibitor information, and push notifications to the registered Attendees/Participants/Guests.
  • Attendee/Participant/Guest: These individuals are authorized to edit personal information and use their personalized QR code.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

The personal information COGO! collects includes an individuals first name, last name, email address, and phone number. This information is only accessible by Yakshna Corp, and event organizers. This information will not be used for any other purpose other than to keep track of attendance and usage. Personal information is encrypted for the individual’s privacy, safety, and security. Under no circumstances will information will be sold, traded, or shared to third-parties.

INFORMATION IS RETENTION

We store personal information and account information indefinitely, or until an individual decides to delete and/or deactivate their account. Event information will be deleted within 13 months of the end of the event.

ACCESS TO PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION (PII)

If your PII changes, or you no longer desire our service, you may update your personal and business information whenever you like. If you desire to change your email address, you must delete your current account, and create a new one with the updated email address.

COOKIES

COGO! uses session ID cookies. These are bits of text that are temporarily set on your computer. These are used to make it easier for you to navigate our Website. For example, thanks to cookies you do not have to log-in repeatedly (from Web page to Web page). A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any PII you submit while on our site. Third Parties providing services for our Web site also set cookies.

ADVERTISING

Under no circumstances will unsolicited advertising of a brand, company, or business will be allowed, unless otherwise expressly permitted by Yakshna Corporation, Inc.

THIRD-PARTY ANALYTICS PROVIDERS

COGO! uses third-party analytic provider Google Analytics to collect information regarding our App. This information that is collected includes usage, attendance at events, and QR code utilization. This information is collected by Yakshna Corp. and helps us to continue to improve and update our App.

Information will not be sold, traded, or shared with third-party entities at any time. However, this information may be used to generate reports that can be shared with event organizers upon their request. It is important to note that no personally identifiable information will be disclosed in these reports.

AGE OF CONSENT

    Need to confirm whether we are confirming the users that they are 13+ or not?

  • If we are considering this, then we must validate the user’s age while they are registering.
  • This can be avoided when we register using the social media accounts.
  • Or we can hide this policy as of now?

QR CODES

QR codes are automatically generated by our system and is unique to each and every user. The QR code cannot and may not be used for any other services other than our own.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy will be continuously updated as new updates are added and implemented to our App and Site. These changes will be communicated to you via the email address within your account. Please occasionally review this page to see any new changes that may have been implemented
